Nor — Information Security Officer at the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, building security infrastructure from the ground up. B.Sc. in ICT & Internet Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, with exchanges at Soongsil University (Seoul) and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
